- No refunds for any reason.
Support Does Not Apply If:
- Requesting to change the blog design to be different from the original. If you want to change the appearance, you must do it yourself. I only provide guidance.
- Requesting to add or remove built-in features.
- Has made major overhauls resulting in the loss of the original appearance and features and then requesting guidance to decorate the edited template. If you want support, the template must be reinstalled to its original form first.
- Using an illegal template (not purchased officially).
